Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) for a full refund, minus freight, within 30 days after you have received it. Returns must be in the state you received them and in the original packaging. The easiest way to return your merchandise is by giving us a call at 8800-218-3205 or emailing customer service at, customerservice@bossstrongbox.com and a customer service rep will be happy to help. Once we receive your information make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging and place it in a shipping box. Attach a label to the sealed box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes. You may drop off your return at any authorized UPS shipping location (or any location of your choice) but please do not drop off your return at a drop box. If you received your order on a pallet via LTL Truck then you’ll have to contact us to setup a truck pickup. It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach Boss. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please Note: Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
